Knights 17u Fall Classic a Success

Knights Fall Classic

A perfect weekend of weather was the icing on the cake of a great fall tournament.  The Knights hosted a very select group of travel baseball teams from the southeast and mid-Atlantic at Vanderbilt and Lipscomb.  The eight team tournament featured handfuls of Division I commits and a plethora of future Division I and all division commits.   There were colleges from each division of the NCAA in attendance at the tournament.

Colleges in attendance at the weekend’s event were: Vanderbilt University, Lipscomb University, Belmont University, University of Tennessee, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Tennessee Tech, Western Kentucky, University of Memphis, University of Montevallo, Trevecca Nazarene University, Middle Tennessee State University and Maryville College.

Can’t wait for this event in 2015!!!

Knights Garner More National Recognition

2014 was a banner year for Knights Baseball.  The 18U Knights finished the year ranked #1 in the country after going undefeated at the WWBA and finishing the season with a 55-3 record.  The 18U team was not the only Knights team to enter the national rankings last summer.  The 17U team finished ranked #55 in the country and the 16U Knights team advanced to the second round of the WWBA and finished ranked #33 in the country.
